We’re excited to announce two brand new shapes to the Hover Kite Foil lineup; the 2025 Potato Chip and Mother Chip… Optimized shaping, innovative features and construction technology to get you on the water for any adventure. Let’s start with the Potato Chip; tasty, yes, also a highly versatile board that has you covered for any foiling activity. With a smaller profile, the Potato is perfect for smaller sized or more advanced riders offering increased volume and width on the nose making taxiing easier and allowing for a later engagement to the foil. The Mother Chip is our biggest board in the range, making it our pick for those bigger riders or beginners seeking additional floatation and stability. It’s great for taxiing on the water, cruising super light wind conditions and re-engagement of the foil feels like a breeze. Like twin brothers, both boards deliver the same foundations; larger beveled rail design for better clearance during flight and a smaller footprint on touchdowns thanks to dual concave bottom shaping. Constructed with Dual density PVC core, lightweight EPS sandwich, and a high-traction EVA pad, these boards are not only streamlined but durable. For an added bonus, both the Potato and Mother Chip include Y-configured footstrap inserts for those of you wanting to do a little extra in the water or lean into racing. With improved “get go” experience, these two boards are your ticket to a sensational session on the water whether you’re a seasoned pro or just getting started.
