成份:彥廷黑木耳
大包重量:230公克±10公克
涼拌黑木耳
材料：乾黑木耳約40公克、新鮮蔬菜數種（例如：小黃瓜、紅甜椒、玉米筍）。
調味料：油醋醬1大匙、醬油膏1大匙。
作法：
1.乾木耳稍用水沖洗，泡入水中約三小時，撈起乾木耳剪去蒂頭備用。
2.將泡好的木耳以滾水川燙熟透後撈起。小黃瓜、紅甜椒切條後稍過一下熱水，全部放入冰塊冰鎮。
3.將所有材料瀝乾，加入油醋醬及醬油膏拌勻，放進冰箱醃製30分鐘即可上桌。
秘訣：乾木耳必須泡水三小時，並剪去乾硬蒂頭。

I bought this supplement during my pregnancy and absolutely love the quality of Thor supplements. It mainly contains magnesium and I highly recommend this brand.
