The Solfeggio Scale is classic musical exercise we know as Do, Re, Mi, Fa, Sol, La, Ti, and back to Do (the hills, indeed, are alive with the sound of music). It comes from a thousand year old musical practice, dating back to Benedictine Monks and a hymn to St. John the Baptist.

I remember being taught this scale in elementary music class, with the teacher making her mouth big so we could all imitate the sounds she made. By practicing these sounds, we were connecting our subtle bodies to something powerfully inherent in the universe: the inherent, fixed relationships between musical frequencies.

So thrilled I took a chance on these. Finding boots is impossible for me. I have wide feet, a super high instep, a bunion on one foot, and I wear a hard to find size (10.5).
