One of the finest writers to emerge from Southern Soul he created hits for Candi Staton, Wilson Pickett and the Osmonds and this collection shines the light on his earliest work, as a staff writer at Memphis label Goldwax, working alongside his friend and staff producer Dan Greer. The compilation opens with the four tracks recorded specifically as George & Greer for the label - two of which were issued at the time. The formula for most of the rest is simple: George is singing with piano accompaniment, or occasionally with a rhythm section. On a select number of tracks he is joined by Dan Greer, or Greer is the featured vocalist.

Soft, Durable, and So Much Better Than Cotton Balls

These cotton pads have been such a simple but huge upgrade to my routine. For years I used regular cotton balls or even toilet paper for skincare and makeup removal, so I wasn’t expecting these to make that much of a difference. After seeing them on Amazon, I decided to give them a try, and now I don’t want to go back.
They are incredibly soft and gentle on my skin, especially around my eyes. I mainly use them for applying toner and removing eye makeup, and they work perfectly for both. They don’t fall apart, leave lint behind, or soak up tons of product like regular cotton balls do. The size is perfect too — large enough to be useful without wasting product.
One thing that really surprised me is how well they work for removing nail polish. I can usually remove polish from all ten nails with just one cotton pad, which definitely helps them last longer. Overall, these feel much more high quality than standard cotton balls, and they’ve made my skincare routine easier and less messy.
