Keep a journal near the bed so that you may record the visions upon awakening.

We suggest using this blend nearly before bedtime so that you may drift quickly into dream world. 

This tincture has been slightly altered from the original with the addition of Blue Lotus and Mugwort Spirits.

The Ritual:

within an hour before bedtime, add 30-60 drops into an oz of liquid and try to enjoy. it is extremely bitter and will not work if paired with other....recreational fun plant allies, like MJ.

To help guide the actions of this blend, you may pair it with an aromatic sprayed on your pillow. I love Clary Sage for clarity of thought and tapping into the moon or Tulsi Rose for thinking safely outside of your current situation.
