Our new range of Premium Grade 8 Chain Slings from Kito Weissenfels have been manufactured to the highest standards, under exceptional quality control procedures - meaning that you are purchasing only the truest quality available on the market.
Conforming to EN 818-7, these premium quality Grade 8 Chain Slings have been made with the everyday rigger in mind, boasting heavy-duty components (inc. Grade 8 Master Link) and safety catches, and can be built to your specifications and are fully customisable online, making your shopping experience with LES simple and focused on your exact requirements.
This Quad-Leg (4-Leg) chain sling comes in a 10mm diameter and boasts an exceptional Safe Working Load Limit of 6.70 Tonnes. A wide range of Effective Working Lengths are available from 1m right up to 10m (should you need longer lengths, please contact our Sales Team who will be happy to advise.)
A selection of end fittings are available to suit your requirements, including Clevis Sling Hook with Safety Catch & Clevis Self Locking Hook - All you need to do is hit the dropdown menu and select your desired option. PLEASE NOTE: Prices start from Sling Hook with Safety Catch
Additionally, you have a choice of two shortener options - Grade 8 Grab Hooks (image to right) & Grade 8 Clevis Shortening Clutch - both used to shorten any sling assembly, allowing even the longest lengths to be adjusted to your individual requirements.
Grab Hooks feature a narrow throat profile that is used to 'grab' or hold a length of chain, engaging the chain between the links ensuring non-slip handling - primarily used in tie-down applications and load-rated lifting slings. A Shortening Clutch is also used to shorten the lengths of the chain legs, whilst competently preventing instability of the load.
Both of the above are essential for creating a safe, complete chain sling assembly - simply select your option from the dropdown menu and add it to your order.
