Application
For use prior to redecoration on spot marking, water/grease marks and stubborn stains. Suitable for interior use on most building surfaces including brick, plaster, paint and wood. Touch dry after 15 minutes. Ready for redecorating in approx 2 hours.
Preparation
Ensure all surfaces are clean, dry and free from grease or oil or any other contaminants that may hinder adhesion. Ensure the source of the stain has been eliminated. Mask off any areas that need protecting from spray and repair any holes, cracks or surface imperfections prior to coating.
How To Use
- Shake can well until mixing ball rattles and continue to shake for a further 1-2 minutes. Shake frequently during use.
- Spray directly and evenly over the stain in a sweeping motion, 20-30 cm away from the stained area. The
multi-directional nozzle in the horizontal position will produce a vertical line and vice versa. - Apply 2-3 coats dependant on stain. Allow drying for at least 15 minutes before re-applying. Final decoration can commence approx. 2 hours after application. Note: ambient conditions and porosity of substrate will affect the drying times.
- Store upright.
- Ensure good ventilation whilst using this product.
Do not apply at temperatures below 100C or on substrates that have an RH reading of 90% or above. Normally STAIN BLOCK should be touch dry after 15 minutes. Drying times are dependant on temperature, moisture content of the substrate and the area. In optimum conditions STAIN BLOCK will be ready for redecorating in approx 2 hours.
One 400ml can, covers 0.75m2 dependent on the porosity of the substrate.
