The Woodson Pro Series Pie Display holds up to 200 pies and combines fan forced heat circulation, with a humidity tray, ensuring the product is kept in the optimal serving condition.
Supplied with eight adjustable shelf supports, this unit is suited to standard size baker trays and wires.
This product utilises heat resistant high impact low voltage lighting, while a wide range of door configurations are available, enabling the best possible product display, to occur.

- Suits standard (16” & 18”) size bakers trays. Supplied with 8 adjustable shelves
- Internal heat resistant high impact oven lighting for best illumination of product
- Fan forced heat circulation
- Mechanical thermostat control with temperature gauge
- Designed to hold product between 70°C - 80°C
- Product must be heated at above 65°C prior to display
- Includes humidity tray to keep product moist
- Removable stainless steel crumb tray
