 5 inch tips are suitable for making 24" circulars or larger.

You might prefer 5 inch needles for projects like shawls, or other items where you knit flat, or use the magic loop technique.

Things to note: PLEASE ensure you select the size that fits the needle and cord set you have - these tips will fit the small (S) cables. Use the key that comes with your cord or needles to tighten your cord and needle together, so they don’t come undone! Please make note of the sizes in millimetres vs the US sizes, to make sure you purchase the correct size for your project.
