The Belt Squat Machine by Industrial Athletic assists in building lower-body strength and explosive explosive power without added strain to your shoulders, spine, and lower back. Train to failure with reduced fear of injury. Utilise the adjustable weight stopper to control how deep you can squat. 4 additional weight posts on the rear of the unit for weight plate storage and to act as a counterbalance increasing stability for heavy lifts.
