Releasing Aug 14 on Daptone Records, the intensely soulful collection of tunes produced by Gabriel Roth looks forward by looking back, paying homage to their family's lineage while creating a sound that is uniquely their own. On an album that is deeply autobiographical, perhaps no lyric is as fitting as the final refrain: People come and go, But, darling this I know,It will always be my sisters and me.
