The colour-coordinated outsole rounds off the shoe’s look of sophistication. This popular sandal has been given an update in a new material, with a vegan version now available. It is entirely free of animal products, as verified by independent testing laboratories. The upper is made from the skin-friendly, hard-wearing synthetic material Birko-Flor® in a sophisticated nubuck look which boasts a texture and colour that could almost be mistaken for real leather.

Upper material: Birko-Flor® Nubuck

The look and feel of Birko-Flor® Nubuck is an almost perfect imitation of authentic nubuck leather.

Insole: Microfibre

Microfibre is a skin-friendly material which is soft and yet tear-resistant. Because they are free of animal products they are used as the covering material for the lining of footbeds in vegan products, among other things.

Footbed material: Cork

Cork is a sustainable material extracted from the bark layer of the cork oak. This natural product is insulating and offers very good cushioning.

Outsole: EVA

EVA (ethylene vinyl acetate) is a high-quality, very light, elastic material with extremely good cushioning. As a result, it smooths out slight irregularities in the floor and ensures that every step is softly cushioned.

took less than 10 minutes for front and back replacement: a lot of that was spent on figuring out how to get rear wiper removed. perfect fit. by geometry, installing passenger front wiper was a little more tricky simply because of the reach issue [and I have long arms]. but that's not a problem with the wipers. windows were covered with pollen. using the spray and wipe option, they cleared up beautifully in one pass. note: OEM has a heavier bow with a joint in it to adapt to window curve. this wiper has a lighter, more flexible bow with no joints, but hugged the window perfectly. it may help that it's almost 90 F outside. waiting to see how it does in colder weather and with snow, and to see durability.
