Built for demanding foodservice storage, this 5-tier starter unit delivers corrosion-resistant polymer shelving, antimicrobial shelf plates, and high load capacity in coolers, freezers, and dry storage areas.
- Five vented polypropylene shelf plates with Camguard antimicrobial protection help inhibit mold, fungus, and bacteria.
- Steel-core posts and traverses with smooth polypropylene exteriors provide strength and long-term durability.
- Rated for storage temperatures from -36°F to 190°F (-38°C to 88°C) for use in refrigerated, frozen, and dry environments.
- Supports up to 800 lbs. per shelf and 2,000 lbs. maximum unit capacity when weight is evenly distributed.

Very poor plates, fiber coming off the edges. You have to wipe them before you use each one. Never seen that with paper plates ever!!

perfect size
purchased for entertaining when I need convenience and quantity. good for larger gatherings- they look good, hold a lot of food without leaking. Strong enough to carry loaded with food without sagging, thick enough to cut meat and not cut through the plate. Can warm up food in microwave and not worry. After the party just toss in the garbage for easy clean up. I will continue to buy these plates.
