Along with his backup band the Sixers (who consisted of Keith Karlson and Brian "Boots" Factor upon the release of this album), 32 year old singer/songwriter Stephen Kellogg has had his ups and downs, beginning with self released efforts, working his way up to a major label and being dropped, and now fetching up with a well established independent, Vanguard Records, for the Bear. No doubt part of the reason he keeps getting shots at the big time is that his music has such a surface appeal. It's melodic Pop/Rock, usually featuring an acoustic guitar supported by an electric bass and drums, with other midrange instruments; keyboards here, banjo there, filling in the sound, all in support of Kellogg's smooth tenor singing catchy choruses to story songs, at least some of which sound like they must be autobiographical. Simply heard on record, the music is nice enough, but the lyrics are simple minded and full of clichés, for the most part, and since they are emphasized over the music, which exists largely to accompany them in a pleasant manner, the effect is a sort of generic Folk-Rock.

Balls
Size: Medium
My dog loves chasing these balls. He seems to love the squeak! They fit the chuck it stick perfectly, and are great replacements for the originals that came with the stick.

Nice set of balls
Size: Medium
The squeaker quickly became my dog’s favorite ball and has replaced the fuzzy tennis balls. My dog is a nonstop fetcher and these chuck it balls are durable and fun.

Soild
Size: Medium
The orange and blue ball is perfect. Once start taken because the because the blue noisy one was a little to easy for my dog to start ripping pieces off. Will say most toys do not survive his chewing.

Aggressive chewer who loves fetch approved!!
Size: Medium, Size: Medium
I highly recommend the Chuck-It brand in general, especially for dogs with an aggressive bite. These balls are awesome and are the most durable balls I’ve bought for my 50 lbs lab mix. He has not been able to break one of them yet and we’ve had a few of the squeaky balls for months. They are a bit pricey but worth it.
The one in the pic has been used for months, lives outside and you can see it’s still in great shape.
