Built for frequent access and rugged transport, this insulated front-loading Camcart keeps the upper compartment hot while the lower compartment stays flexible for passive holding.
- Top-door-only electric heat keeps the upper compartment at safe hot-holding temperatures while the lower compartment remains passive for hot or cold food.
- Holds up to 24 GN 1/1 pans 2-1/2 inches deep, or 16 pans 4 inches deep, 12 pans 6 inches deep, or 8 pans 8 inches deep.
- Double-wall polyethylene construction with foamed-in-place insulation helps retain temperature and stay cool to the touch.
- Heavy-duty 6-inch casters, including 2 swivel casters with brakes and 2 fixed casters, support stable transport.
