George has won recognition by the UKÕs top publications, such as TV Times and GQ magazine, who have published his caricatures over the years and after nearly thirty years of practice, George has a huge back catalogue of vector caricatures, which he is now proud to share with you in paperback format. This, the first volume, concentrates on stars of the stage and screen from both the 20th and 21st century, with affectionate portraits taken from iconic or familiar poses.
For those not familiar with the term ÔvectorÕ it refers to 2D shapes, created on a PC which can be colour filled, stretched and manipulated on screen. As an insight into his process, George has included some structural line artwork throughout the book, each created using just a PC mouse. You will be amazed at the complexity of his design process IÕm sure!
