洗:
用細篩網清洗乾淨
煮:
1、在滾水中煮沸約15分鐘左右，令其膨脹、變透明後即可食用，此時口感略有彈性。
2、如需鬆軟些，需延長時間約25-30分鐘。

Everyday Jeans With A Great Blend
