Calypso is the third studio album by recording artist Harry Belafonte, released by RCA Victor (LPM-1248) in 1956. The album became his second consecutive number-one album on the Billboard Top Pop Albums chart, where it stayed for 31 consecutive weeks. The first track "Day-O (Banana Boat Song)" largely contributed to the success of the album and it is still the song for which Harry Belafonte is best known, reaching number five on Billboard's Pop chart. It is a traditional Jamaican folk song, not a calypso, sung from the point of view of dock workers working the night shift loading bananas onto ships. Daylight has come, the shift is over, and they want their work to be counted up so that they can go home (this is the meaning of the lyric "Come, Mr. Tally Man, tally me banana / Daylight come and me wan' go home.")

Light &fluffy!!

Beautiful!! Pretty salmon color! Light & fluffy! It’s doesn’t make me overheat but still keeps me warm in this winter weather. It was inexpensive so I didn’t expect much but was pleasantly surprised with its quality.

Great Value and Good Quality RV Queen-sized Comforter Set

We needed a smaller comforter for our RV bed to limit overhang and this one seemed like a good fit and we were right. The print is conservative and modern in appearance. The feel and thickness are perfect for our typical use in a warm weather state that we camp in year round.
Last trip out it got pretty cold overnight and we let our dog sleep on our bed. When we returned home we washed it for the first time. I held my breath to see what condition it would be in afterwards and it came out in great condition.
While we were using it, we noticed the weight, texture and comfort were all where we needed it to be and therefore we would recommend this if you needed an RV Queen sized comforter without breaking the bank.

Great comforter for the price
Color: Beige Striped, Size: California King
Nice comforter for the price. It looks great on the bed, feels soft, and keeps us warm without being heavy. If you’re looking for a weighted or very thick comforter, this isn’t it, but for a lightweight option it does the job well.
We have a split California King Sleep Number (two Twin XL bases) and I ordered the California King size. It fits, but the side drop is pretty short. Next time I would go with an oversized King or oversized California King for better coverage.
Bonus: no weird chemical smell when I opened the package, which is always a win.
