2018 release. In Greek mythology, Hekate is the goddess of magic, mediating between the realms of life and death. Hekate, the band, was formed in 1991 and is one of the foremost protagonists of German neofolk. Over the course of five albums, the group has combined folk, medieval and classical music with striking percussion and electronic elements to create a distinctly individual style, which reaches it's temporary climax on their sixth record Totentanz ("dance of death"). Seven years after the release of Die Welt der dunklen Gärten ("the world of dark gardens"), Hekate delivers it's most refined compositions to date, playing both traditional, catchy neofolk tunes and hypnotic tracks. In the process, the group manages to recall the atmosphere of early 90's apocalyptic folk without coming across as anachronistic. Enhanced by floating synthesizer and drum arrangements, the music itself reflects the lyrical themes of Totentanz: dealing with our own mortality in the sense of "memento mori". In this context, Hekate plays out it's fondness for Romanticism with an urgent interpretation of Prussian poet Joseph von Eichendorff's "Mondnacht" ("moon night"), and an album cover graced with a (so-far unpublished) painting of the same name by German symbolist and art nouveau artist Franz Stassen. Just as exclusive: the design of the album's book edition features unpublished ink drawings from the series "Apokalyptische Landschaften" ("apocalyptic landscapes") by Hermann Wöhler, a painter influenced by magic realism who worked in secret and whose paintings the art community is only now discovering years after his passing.

Would not work in my jeep

This seems like a decent holder, however it is not universal as it would not fit in my jeep. Check to make sure you have the right kind of air vents for it. I could not get it to work for my vehicle as the vents are too wide.

This is a very simple, lightweight phone mount. It works well, I’m surprised how securely it fits on the car vent. I’ve tried others and couldn’t get them to fit right. My phone slides into the top and fits nicely. It was easy to install.

No drilling required

I installed this on my 2021 4Runner with the adhesive provided and no drilling. It has been a few months and it’s still solid. I live in Hawaii and the temps in the car have reached over 100* F pretty consistently and the adhesive has held up very well. There are a lot of attachment points for whatever you want to use it for. I only wish they sold the magnetic mount that it comes with so everything can match up. I use it for my phone and baby monitor. I would purchase this again.

Love this ram mount kit

All i can say is wow. This is an amazing ram mount kit for my 22 Silverado custom. All the hardware is top notch. The metal is all powder coated black with a nice grey American flag. There are so places to be able to mount addition arms. The phone holder it comes with is solid aluminum with a nice tight spring. I rate this 10/10 and for the price you can not beat it or find another better. I didn’t use the adhesive on the bottom so i can’t speak on that but i can only imagine it is really good as well. Hands down is just as good as the super expensive bulletpoint mount you see advertised. Don’t hesitate to buy.

Looks great

Fits great and is heavy enough to stay put. I used the adhesive backing to install as I did not want to drill into my truck but it still works well and I have had no issues with it popping out or anything else.
