This book serves no purpose, if you do not descend from Josiah Boone I, the son of George Boone III, Esquire and his wife Deborah Howell, and addresses specific Josiah Boone II, his three wives, that resulted with three sets of half-siblings. The latter sibling set was 10 and 12 years old when their parents died leaving them orphans. We finally located the estate records of Josiah Boone II, which solved the problems encountered by descendant researchers. This book is a one of a kind, with limited scope and focuses heavily on the families identified. You will need Boone Volume II to understand and connect to them if you descend of them. The book consists of the working files of Dorthy Mack, and what you see is what you get so you can expect grammatical errors, for the data was not edited!!!
