Essential Break-In Procedure
To ensure maximum lifespan and prevent premature glazing, the following break-in process is mandatory:

Two 20-mile cycles: Run the machine conservatively through the entire shift range.

Throttle Limit: Do not exceed half throttle.

Cooling Period: Allow the belt to cool for at least 30 minutes between the two 20-mile cycles.

Purpose: This wears the belt surface to match your specific pulleys perfectly, resulting in optimum grip and a drastically increased lifespan.
