Mì tương đen Bắc Kinh Ottogi nay đã có phiên bản mini gói 83g dành cho những bạn có chiếc bao tử nhỏ hay lo ngại ăn mì nhiều sẽ bị nóng.

Mì được sử dụng từ các nguyên liệu tươi ngon để sấy khô, đảm bảo giữ nguyên hương vị vốn có. Sợi mì dai, gói sốt jjajang sánh đậm chuẩn hương vị tương đen Bắc Kinh. Chỉ cần vài bước sơ chế là bạn sẽ có ngay một tô jjajangmyeon hấp dẫn.

Ngon hơn khi ăn kèm một số nguyên liệu khác như củ cải muối vàng, trứng luộc, thịt băm,...

Hướng dẫn sử dụng:

  • Cho 450ml nước vào nồi và gói rau củ sấy khô vào đun sôi.
  • Khi nước sôi thì cho mì vào nồi đun sôi thêm khoảng 5 phút.
  • Khi sợi mì chín thì tắt bếp và chắt nước ra, để lại 2 thìa nước (30ml), rồi cho gói súp gia vị và gói dầu vào trộn đều và thưởng thức.
