Due out March 6 on Saddle Creek, Collector ought to be taken literally-it is a place to explore and catalogue the Madison, Wisconsin band's relationships to themselves, their pasts, and the world beyond the American Midwest as they careen from their teens into their 20s. This turbulence is backdropped by gnarled power pop, anxious post-punk, warm psych-folk, and hectic, formless, tongue-in-cheek indie rock.Collector, like the band itself, is defined and tightly-contoured by the ties between the five members. Raina Bock (bass/vocals) and Isaac deBroux-Slone (guitar/vocals) have known each other from infancy, growing up and into music together. Through gigging around Madison, they met and befriended Shannon Connor (guitar/keys/vocals), Logan Severson (guitar/vocals), and Brendan Manley (drums)-three equally dedicated and adventurous musicians committed to coaxing genre boundaries.Produced by Rob Schnapf, Collector is a set of songs largely pulled from each of the five members' demo piles over the years. They're organic representations of each moment in time, gathered together to tell a mixtape-story of growing up in 21st century America. Favorite toddler toothpaste

I bought this for my 18month old who has all his teeth already. It works great. The smell is pleasant, the taste isn’t harsh, and the texture isn’t as thick as most toothpastes - perfect for a toddler. I’ve been using this for a couple of months now and have not noticed any irritation. He enjoys it about as much as any 18 month will, ha! It’s just as effective as fluorinated toothpaste. You get what you pay for. It’s a big tube!

Good flavor, not as full of tubes as I expected.

My kids have LOVED brushing their teeth with this. They had been fighting to let us brush for a while, so it was nice to find something they liked. My husband and I have been using the mint flavor, and it’s been good as well. We like the ingredients, and the texture is nice. The tubes both felt like they could have fit more, so I took off a star for size/value.

Very effective!

I switched my son to this toothpaste and it has been great! I haven’t noticed whitening, but his teeth do look good and clean after he has brushed. He loves the flavor. And he is one to complain about “spicy” toothpaste. This toothpaste has never been whined about in my household. In fact, switching to this toothpaste has made brushing his teeth simpler because he enjoys the flavor so much. I have noticed it doesn’t foam up like other toothpaste’s do.
Another side story, and probably the biggest thing, I think this is actually shrinking my sons cavities. His pediatric dentist told me he would need fillings before his teeth could fall out at 12 (12 year molars). I saw the cavities on the xrays. A year later, the cavities are smaller. And the dentist said if things can maintain this way, there will be no need for fillings! He does brush morning and night, and often after lunch because we homeschool and he has that ability. But I’m just thrilled that my son could potentially avoid this procedure!
