ESTERDAN PLUS 50/GP ELAST. is a waterproofing bituminous sheet with self-protected surface of 5.0 kg/m².
Composed of a reinforced polyester felt reinforcement, covered on both sides with SBS modified bitumen mastic. On the upper side of the sheet, mineral protection in grey (black) colour is used as protective material. The anti-adhesive material used on the lower side is polyethylene film.

IMPORTANT RECOMMENDATIONS

  • The design of the roof should be considered in relation to its compatibility with the building as a whole, and account taken of the significance of materials which may be included for other reasons.
  • The roof covering, including joints, parapets, abutments, gutters and outlets, should remain weathertight under the external action of rain, snow, ice, dead and imposed loads, wind loads, solar and night radiation, and the internal environment of the building.
  • Falls should be provided to enable the roof to drain towards outlets, gulleys or gutters of sufficient capacity. Gutters and roof drainage should be designed appropriately.
  • As failures in flat roofs are often caused by the harmful effects of moisture which is trapped during construction, it is essential that great care be taken to minimize such risks. Trapped water may be the result of the use of wet materials, water from in-situ concrete and wet screeds, or rain on unprotected construction.
  • Be careful about damage from the limited foot traffic associated with installation and maintenance operations. Reasonable care should be taken to avoid sharp objects or concentrated loads. Where regular traffic is envisaged, ie maintenance of lift equipment, a walkway should be provided.
  • On completion of the roof, the non-mineral finished membranes should have a surface finish applied.
  • In the event of damage the membrane must be repaired as soon as possible with a patch of the membrane torch-bonded over the damaged area.
  • On cap sheets it is possible that some localized loss of the mineral surfacing may occur, after some years, in areas where complex detailing of the roof design is incorporated.
  • The membranes should be subjected to regular annual inspections and roof drains kept clear as is good practice with all roofing membranes.
  • Differential movement between the waterproofing membrane and the substrate, or any overlaid insulation in inverted roofs, or other material should be taken into account in design. If necessary, movement joints should be made in the waterproofing membrane.

Beware of the Top Button!!😁
Style: M705
A smooth but weighted feel on a mouse pad. I have mice that move with a much lighter touch, but this is great for the computer I use with my main TV screen. Beware of the top damnable button, the one just before the scroll wheel. It turns off the clicky graduations you wheel as you roll the scroll wheel with your fingertip. When used it unleashes a whirling dervish of a gremlin, your screen will continue to scroll after you want it to stop. Sometimes it will start on its own! Incantations, voodoo, chick bones, curses and magic wands have no effect. Yelling seems to make it worse. There is no other cure other than to push the top button from Hades again. Clicks from the two main buttons are easily audible but not obnoxious. The side buttons for screen forward & back work very well also. This is my second one of these, the first stopped moving smoothly on a pad, no amount of polishing seemed to help so I retired it.

Important Info for Connecting Replacement Mouse
Style: M705
I purchased the MK705 mouse to replace the same model that had simply worn out after over 13 years of faithful service. The MK700/710 Logitech keyboard is still going strong, albeit with a few worn keys. I did however run into an issue when installing the new mouse. At first I left the old unifying receiver that came with the old mouse plugged into a usb port. I installed the batteries in the new mouse, turned it on, and found that it would not work. I figured it needed the new unifying receiver, so I turned off the keyboard and mouse and plugged the new receiver into the same USB port. The new mouse then worked but the keyboard would not. I couldn't figure out what was wrong, so I phoned Logitech support. The gentleman I spoke with walked me through the connection process, which was done on their website "logiwebconnect.com". Should you run into the same issue, the process is simple. You probably won't need any help from tech support, but if you do, they were easy to get in touch with.

Still the champ
Style: M705
Love it!!! Got this originally when it first came out. The people who talk about the scroll wheel are not very smart. It has a button to switch from hyper to regular scrolling. I do use a mouse pad. So it moves fine. Feels very comfortable in your hand. Obviously this is not for gaming. Great mouse for your home office computer.

Dependable, Reliable

As advertised. Logitech, best mouse for your hard-earned cheddar! It’s not that the (years) old Logitech mouse failed in any operational way, it just got that gummy, sticky surface texture that’s impossible to remove. While shopping for a replacement I noticed an off-brand mouse/keyboard combo and thought, “hey, 2 for 1”…mistake. All was well for about three weeks, long enough that when the gremlins arrived I didn’t immediately associate the new hardware. For the purposes of this discussion, gentle reader, know that I run legacy (what I affectionately refer to as, “Lazarus”) builds. Rigs that started life running Windows Vista/7, died, and that now, resurrected, run 10 and 11, and all that that implies. So, when a mouse started stuttering, of course I thought it was a gremlin in the machine, right? I spent more days than I am comfortable sharing with you pouring over processes and background apps, and registry trims…before Accam’s Razor suggested I eliminate the mouse as a variable. Changing the battery was ineffective, but when I swapped in the ooold Logitech…Yahtzee/Bingo/Booyah…smooth and precise…butter! All I needed was a new Logitech mouse. So, if you’re here you likely are having mouse issues of your own, or you just need one that works…this is it! 😉
