We’ve made what we think is the perfect Stem to add that finishing touch to our own personal XC and Down-country whips, the new cSixx XCM Stem ticks all the boxes. Light enough to do the job, and strong enough to stand up to the rigours of South Africa’s rough as nails terrain.
Building on the success of our Enduro Stem we’re now offering our incredibly wide range of XCM Stem options for XC and Marathon riders to perfectly dial in their ride fit.
We have crafted this product from a specifically chosen grade of 6082 T6 extruded aluminium bar to perfectly align the aluminium grain for maximum durability, strength and fatigue resistance. A 40mm Stem clamp height perfectly optimises the torsional stiffness and using our inhouse testing facilities have allowed us to surpass an equivalent of 1.7x that of the ISO test (A general International bicycle testing standard) most brands comply with.
Our easy to use Zero-Gap Bar Clamp seamlessly integrates with handlebars, guaranteeing a secure connection while carefully radiused outer clamp surfaces prevent stress concentrations on your handlebar enhancing durability of the Bar-Stem interface. Available in 5mm increments from 50mm to 120mm and options for both 31.8mm and 35mm bar diameters, our XCM Stem provides all the sizing options so you can dial in your bike for the perfect fit.
Customise your new XCM Stem to suit your bike by spec’ing a unique Anodized or Cerakote finish with a never seen before Customized laser name option, all processed in-house, coupled with black treated Stainless-Steel bolts, for a personal custom look that complements your bike to make it your own.
Beyond aesthetics, our focus is on strength, safety, and durability. We prioritize the right balance, eschewing a blind pursuit of weight reduction in favour of optimal stiffness in crucial areas. Through the expertise of our in-house CNC machinists, designers, and engineers, excess material is meticulously sculpted away, resulting in a beautifully machined product built to withstand the toughest trails. Thanks to our in-house manufacturing as well as testing capabilities, you can be assured that our cSixx XCM Stem is not just a component but a tailored solution, delivering the perfect strength, fit and feel for every ride.

- Please ensure your steerer length is not shorter than 38.5mm bearing in mind that the stem has a height of 40mm.
- We recommend using a Carbon assembly compound for the Stem/Steerer and Stem/Bar contact surfaces.
