The Human FGF18 (Fibroblast growth factor 18) ELISA Kit measures FGF18 in Human Serum, Plasma, Cell Culture Supernatant. This kit is based on Double antibody-Sandwich ELISA detection method and takes 4h assay time. The microplate provided in this kit has been precoated with anti FGF18 antibody. Add standard and properly diluted sample into relevant well respectively. After incubation, wash unbound components. Add biotinylated detection antibody. Then, it binds with FGF18 bound to precoated antibody. Wash unbound components and add HRP-Streptavidin Conjugate (SABC). Wash unbound components again and add TMB substrate solution. Then, TMB was catalyzed by HRP to produce a blue color product that turned yellow after adding a stop solution. Read the O.D. absorbance at 450nm in a microplate reader. Calculate the concentration of FGF18 in the sample by plotting standard curve. The concentration of the target substance is proportional to the OD450 value.

took less than 10 minutes for front and back replacement: a lot of that was spent on figuring out how to get rear wiper removed. perfect fit. by geometry, installing passenger front wiper was a little more tricky simply because of the reach issue [and I have long arms]. but that's not a problem with the wipers. windows were covered with pollen. using the spray and wipe option, they cleared up beautifully in one pass. note: OEM has a heavier bow with a joint in it to adapt to window curve. this wiper has a lighter, more flexible bow with no joints, but hugged the window perfectly. it may help that it's almost 90 F outside. waiting to see how it does in colder weather and with snow, and to see durability.
