This volume provides annotated translations of the primary sources, which were largely in German, leading up to EinsteinÕs theory of general relativity, in which Einstein attempted to extend his theory of special relativity beyond space and time, to include matter and gravitational fields, by introducing gravity through his Òequivalence principleÓ - the equivalence of gravity and acceleration. This resulted in Einstein rejecting the second postulate of his theory of special relativity - the postulate on the constancy of the speed of light - in the presence of a gravitational field. This review reveals that EinsteinÕs theory of general relativity it is not a theory of gravity; it is a relativistic theory about the effects of gravitation, or more strictly, of a uniformly accelerated reference frame. There is nothing in any version of this theory that represents or explains or provides any connection to the weak attractive gravitational force between matter. In order to make calculations with his theory, Einstein had to import NewtonÕs empirical law of gravitation. Consequently, the only evidence that Einstein could provide for his theory of general relativity was effectively Newtonian.
Part I reviews NewtonÕs laws of motion and of gravitation, his definitions of inertial and gravitational mass, and his equivalence principle, which provide the background to EinsteinÕs theory. Part II provides a detailed analysis of the development of EinsteinÕs theory of general relativity. Part III provides a postscript on subsequent developments, and the Conclusion. In the light of the continued failure of EinsteinÕs efforts to overcome the main objections to his theory of special relativity - the Ehrenfest paradox, and its failure to explain the observed Doppler redshift and blueshift of light Ð or to provide any evidence for it, and in the absence of any supportive evidence for his theory of general relativity, both theories must be rejected until such objections are overcome and such evidence is provided.

Amazing how fast it goes on without the white look!
This stuff is amazing!! I wear baby sunscreen because I rub my eyes a lot, but most of it takes forever to rub in and not look white. This rubs in immediately like any other sunscreen, and it doesn’t burn my eyes at all, not even when I scratch my face and then rub my eyes. So it’s great for small children too, not just 75 yr old ones!

Used for years
I have used this sunscreen since my kids were toddlers. I don’t find it sticky and it turns clear pretty fast. I don’t typically need to reapply on them more than once.

Works great for the whole familiy
Size: 6 Fl Oz (Pack of 2), Style: Lotion Twin Pack
We live in the desert so with the constant sun exposure, our family needs a reliable sunscreen that is affordable, effective and gentle on skin. This product does all that. It has no fragrance and we've had no skin reactions or irritation. It does leave a white cast, which is to be expected given the active ingredients. We are fine with it...it helps show where it's been applied. We use it a lot for pool days so the price point is good to stay stocked up. Don't let the "kids" label fool you...if it works for kiddos, it works for adults too!

Safe, Strong Sun Protection for Little Ones!
Size: 6 Fl Oz (Pack of 2), Style: Lotion Twin Pack
Banana Boat 100% Mineral Kids Sunscreen has become our go-to for sunny days! I love that it’s made with natural, mineral-based ingredients and doesn’t have all the harsh chemicals. It goes on smoothly for a mineral sunscreen—yes, there’s a bit of a white cast at first, but it rubs in nicely and gives me peace of mind knowing my kids are protected with a gentle, effective formula. We’ve used it at the beach, playground, and just running around outside, and it holds up really well. No irritation, no breakouts, and best of all—no sunburns! It’s also water-resistant, which is perfect for active little ones. I’m so glad to have found a sunscreen that checks all the boxes for safety, protection, and reliability.
