- Solid-state thermostat (165 – 285 °F) maintains precise temperatures for consistent results.
- Right-hand console with lever tilt plus “Clean-Lock” lets you lock the kettle at 105° for wash-down or fully invert to pour.
- Water-resistant, integrally mounted controls include pressure gauge, low-water light/shut-off, safety relief valve, and power & heat indicator lights.
