加熱方式
1. 電鍋加熱蒸煮
建議在開啟封膜蓋的情況下，將罐頭放置於電鍋內鍋中，外鍋加入半杯水。待按鈕跳起後，開蓋靜置5-10分鐘，讓表面水分蒸發，使其Q彈，即可享用。
2. 隔水加熱蒸煮
建議在開啟封膜蓋的情況下，採取隔水加熱的方法。用金屬鍋具加水至沸騰，入蒸煮10分鐘，移出靜置5-10分鐘，讓表面水分蒸發，使其Q彈，即可享用。
3. 取出食物加熱
將罐頭食品轉移到適用的容器中後，可使用微波爐加熱（功率設置800-1000W，加熱時間為2-3分鐘）。

So much easier to apply

These are small for the price but man oh man does it make it easier! My daughter is allergic to most sunscreens so this is our go to kind however I hate how hard it is to get off of your hands after using the lotion form. This is so much neater and it doesn't get all over me. It also doesn't seem to stain the suits - or is just easier to avoid getting on suits - than the lotion form. It does the same great job of preventing sunburn. Makes reapplication so much better because you don't end up with sand all over you - since you couldn't rinse off the lotion the first time around.
