赤磐雄町和協會7號酵母的組合，再加上以山廢所釀成的清酒，經過5個月時間的熟成。雄町特有的濃郁而複雜的旨味，以及豐富的酸味，是清脆的辛口酒。
透過約半年的熟成，旨味也變得圓潤，雖然是無濾過生原酒，但味道也不會過分濃烈，很適合秋天的食材。
後勁亦不賴，是越飲越使人食欲旺盛的食中酒。

Smells Amazing and Keeps Skin Soft
I really like this lotion so far. It keeps my skin moisturized without feeling greasy, and the cocoa scent smells really good without being overpowering. My skin feels softer and smoother after using it consistently.
