Hoya benitotanii is a slow-growing vine with glossy, elongated leaves and fragrant, star-shaped yellow flowers. They typically grow to about 7–14 cm long and 3–5 cm wide. Flowers: The blossoms are small, about 8 mm in diameter, with a "revolute" or rolled-back shape. The petals are a dull yellow to orange-yellow, with a lighter yellow corona. They grow in clusters (umbels) of up to 30 flowers, which last for about a week. The blooms are known for their sweet, light citrus scent. Growth habit: As a vining plant, Hoya benitotanii grows best with the support of a trellis. It is known to be a slow grower and a reluctant bloomer, potentially taking years to produce its first flowers. Light: Prefers bright, indirect light. Direct, harsh sunlight should be avoided to prevent scorching the leaves, though it can handle some direct sun. Watering: Like many other Hoya species, it is sensitive to overwatering. Allow the soil to dry out almost completely between waterings. Soil: Requires a well-draining, chunky soil mix. A blend of orchid bark, perlite, and a small amount of peat or coco coir is ideal. Temperature and humidity: Thrives in warm, humid conditions. The ideal temperature range is 65–80°F (18–27°C) during the day and slightly cooler at night. Unusual, unique look for cheap.
In most ways, this is simply an inexpensive Chinese quartz watch. As a watch collector, it's simply not the kind of thing I would be interested in. But, it is unusual in good ways.
It's all stainless and the case is 39mm while the lug width is 20mm which is pretty normal for a dress watch. It's powered by a Japanese quartz movement giving three hands with day/date. As one can expect at this price, the crystal is mineral glass. The bracelet is a solid link type with a butterfly clasp. I really don't like butterfly clasps but that's just me, it works okay. It has 30m water resistance. Crown is push-pull. Pretty standard stuff.
Then, the uniqueness drops on you! The crystal is faceted on the outside and the light really plays on it, especially with the sunray blue dial behind that! The dial is a combination of Roman numerals in gold on the even numbers and faux diamonds at the odd hour positions. It rides the edge of gaudy without going over IMO. The bezel has scallops which also reflect light as it moves. The case is all polish. The bracelet is just as unique. It is a little loose - jingly jangly as some pretty famous brands are. The bracelet is a combination of stainless and gold tone. The individual links are very well articulated and one row of the inner sections of the bracelet actually scalloped with a curve upwards at the ends - the opposite of what you'd expect but somehow it works and the unique touches all come together.
I'm not saying this is a great watch for watch collectors. But, if you're looking for a cheap dress watch that won't look like anyone else's and still has decent specs this is worth a look!

Great watch, looks good
I was worried about the watch looking too bulky and thick. It looks just right on my wrist and I have a 7 inch wrist. 10/10 watch, looks epic and was just what I wanted. Not too thick, not too thin, fits my needs perfectly.

good watch, great price, mediocre band
Accurate? Great price? it's a Casio!
Not the best looker, but darn easy to read. This is a stepping stone to an "easy reader" watch, with clear numbers on a high contrast background. Easy to set, this model is a good choice for traveling back and forth across time zones.
The big drawback (and likely the reason I was able to buy this watch as a return) is the watchband, which has 3 faults. The hasp is old school and it can be hard to open and close except when it opens unexpectedly. The corners of the links are not rounded, so they can bite into your wrist. And adjusting the size of the band is a PITA. All in all, I'm on the lookout for a replacement band.
[I have absurdly large wrists, but still needed to remove two links. Use a super small bladed screwdriver on the band and a paperclip for the springbar at the hasp. Open the band at the hasp, find and press down on bits of spring steel until you can slide them out of the watchband, remove links, reassemble the band. I'm reasonably handy but took 10+ minutes for the task.]
