| Q1.What should I do if the gimbal vibrates, spins, or is not level? |
| 1. Run the Gyroscope/Accelerometer Calibration carefully. When you calibrate, please mount the gimbal as the tutorial shows and keep the gimbal horizontal and still. |
| 2. Disconnect the camera connected to your gimbal, then restart your gimbal. |
| 3. Remount the camera on your gimbal, and readjust the balance on all of the three-axis. |

| Q2. How do I check my gimbal version? |

| Download the Moza Assistant software for desktop on our official website. Make sure you have installed the driver on your laptop before you begin the steps below. |

| Q6. What should I do if it says ‘device not found’ when connected with a laptop or PC (Windows or Mac)? |
| Double-check if you have downloaded the right software (Moza Assistant) on your laptop/PC, and if you have downloaded the driver successfully. Below is the order for how you connect the gimbal and your laptop/PC. |

Honestly fantastic for the price. It's just heavy enough to not get yanked around. It's pretty. And it has not looked like it has any wear or anything yet. I would recommend it. Especially for the price. If you want something a little bit more heavy duty I would definitely go with something else but I've had no issues

It gets the job done.

These some on a flat piece of cardboard, and I was concerned. It goes together well, and has held up to Highschooler use for a month so far. It looks nice, but is nothing fancy. If you are looking for any sort of resistance for your paper towel for tearing, this product probably isn't for you. It is weighted enough for it to not fall over, it looks nice enough to be fine but not nice enough to want to steal. Exactly what I was looking for. If you are searching for the perfect paper towel holder... you probably will take issue with this one. If you just need a new paper towel holder, this one might do.
