A huge portion of their revenue comes from ticket sales to local performances and workshop fees for theatre education opportunities for adults and kids, both of which have been incredibly limited due to COVID; so they need our financial support now more than ever.
The powerhouse staff have endured through the pandemic and creatively offered performance art through taking advantage of outside social distancing guidelines at Ward Lake with the Ward Lake Theatre Walk which had 7 different performances throughout the trail around the lake, switching up venues for small groups and performing The Fish Pirate's Daughter at George Inlet Lodge, and streaming their annual Divos and Divas fundraising event!
We will get through this chapter stronger and more creative, that’s for sure. Just look at this organization creatively keeping the Arts alive in Ketchikan.
