- SHAKE WELL BEFORE USING. Normal Mixture: 30% DiO; 70% Water. Use cold water if injury is within 2-3 hours, otherwise use hot/warm water.Enhanced Mixture:50% DiO; 50% Water. Use cold water if injury is within 2-3 hours, otherwise use hot/warm water.Soak Wrap in the recommended mixture. Wrap affected areas, keeping wrap moist. Use remaining mixture to keep wrap moist by using a spray bottle or syringe. Recommended application time: 36-48 hours.

No more painful cracked heels! These really do work!

These really do work well. This is one of the first winters that I have not experienced painful, cracked heels. They are long lasting, and definitely make my heels smoother and softer after wearing them. For the first few times wearing them I simply went with the moisturizer embedded in them. After a few uses I then covered my heels with Aquaphor Advanced Therapy Healing Ointment. This worked even better, and I would recommend it. I am very glad I bought these. Of note, I have really big feet that are quite wide and the XL are a little snug but not uncomfortably so. I use them overnight, but also have worn them under socks and they work fine.

Stains easily. Tight for men's size 11 feet

Husband wore dark cotton socks over these gel foot covers overnight and the covers picked up color from the socks. Tried hand washing, even dabbing with a bleach soaked paper towel, but the stains remained. The covers are a bit tight for men's size 11. Edit: After a few more hand washings the stains began to fade. However one tore around the leg opening when taking it off.
