Through an exclusive partnership with KTH Royal Institute of Technology (KTH) and Mips, we shared our helmet’s CAD designs and studied the malleable skulls of young children with Finite Element Analysis (FEA). Because children’s heads are softer and still growing, using low density foam - and more of it - was the outcome of this partnership.
DATA DRIVEN INNOVATION: Coming out of our KTH and Mips partnership, the Shuffle 2 had increased the amount of low density foam inside by 18%, only growing the overall size of the helmet by 5%.

That’s why Shuffle 2 features specific child oriented sizing and our SX headset fit system, to help it stay properly fitted and comfortable, whenever it is worn. The easy-to-use tri-fix web splitter makes getting a ‘fuss-free’ fit incredibly simple, all adding up to a helmet they’ll beg to wear.

The included sticker pack offers a retro vibe with a modern twist with bright graphics and lettering for even more personalization.
