Suffering from anxiety is a daily battle for me but having little ways of getting through it really helps. Both creating this illustration and looking back on it help me on days when I'm struggling.
Drawing is my sanctuary, especially getting lost in more detailed illustrations, it really focuses my mind. I created this illustration to help focus my own mind and also that of anyone viewing the illustration as their eyes read around the various positive messages.
