There is nothing truer in this world than misery and pain. Those who have lived a fulfilled life know only two true emotions for the human mind, dread and wrath. All other ÒfeelingsÓ are the product of these two. It is a balance between the two that gives the illusion of complex emotions. Over time, Dread dissolves until there is nothing left but wrath in the human mind. Once the wrath dies out, like any fire, there is nothing but a vast emptiness in the human soul. No one learns this more than a young man named Etrius, who would undergo unfathomable pain and meretricious Ravishment. Through it all, he would learn the one true law.

When Girls around his school and town start to turn up dead, Etrius and his friends are asked by a young detective to assist in the investigations. Soon, Etrius and his friends enter a world of wrath and dread as they struggle to uncover the mystery they never thought they'd stumble upon.
