Mountfield Winery, Blanc de Blancs, NV'One Liner' A rich, mature English Blanc de Blancs with citrus, green apple, brioche and bright Sussex freshness. Tasting Note Deep golden in the glass with fine, persistent bubbles. The nose shows citrus, green apple, white flowers and a gentle brioche note from extended lees ageing. On the palate it is creamy, rounded and mature, with orchard fruit, lemony brightness and a savoury, toasty edge. Theres richness here, but the acidity keeps everything

'One-Liner'
A rich, mature English Blanc de Blancs with citrus, green apple, brioche and bright Sussex freshness.

Tasting Note
Deep golden in the glass with fine, persistent bubbles. The nose shows citrus, green apple, white flowers and a gentle brioche note from extended lees ageing. On the palate it is creamy, rounded and mature, with orchard fruit, lemony brightness and a savoury, toasty edge. There’s richness here, but the acidity keeps everything lifted and precise. A beautifully poised English sparkling wine with texture, freshness and proper depth.

The Story
Mountfield Winery is based near Robertsbridge in East Sussex, with vines planted on a south-facing site between 50 and 85 metres above sea level. The vineyard sits on greensand and clay over sandstone, giving the estate a strong mineral backbone and the kind of cool-climate conditions that suit traditional-method sparkling wine.

The smell of ink and paper from a brand new book is always worth it. This is the kind of book most would recommend taking to the park on a day off. It came fast and im happy with it.

A timeless guide to spiritual perfection
Format: Kindle
A classic book on spiritual perfection and how to achieve it. The metaphors may be set in the past, but there is enough commonality with the present that this generation can still understand what this great Saint is communicating. He only makes one mistake: Spiritual perfection is not a possibility only for monks; lay people can achieve it as well. This is a book that all can profit from, whether one is just beginning to climb or is near the top.
