Contrasting Reflections. Voice and piano. Jazz and Latin music, gently embracing tango, but not only. What emerges is a collection of reflections of what has been, what is, and what is yet to be born. These are nuances, contrasting on multiple fronts. Certainly, notes that clash with what is skillfully imposed on us today by the music market and society in general. Then there is a personal contradiction, from which the style of the original compositions and arrangements arises. In these seven tracks resonate years of the most disparate human, artistic, professional experiences... those that lead you from the darkness of melancholy to the blackest anger, from fragile insecurity to veiled cries for help, up to an unexpected and intoxicating explosion of joy and beauty. A very wide range of dynamics for contrasting but sincere emotions and music, free from filters and desires for consensus. All of this is balanced by Javier's unique sound which, together with the rhythm section, interprets and enhances the melody in every step of the creative process.
