Introducing the Infratech C Series Single Element with Mediterranean Motif C2624MG3 2600 Watts 240V 10.8 Amps Infrared Electric Patio Heater 48 x 8.19 x 2.5 in. Marine Grade. This is a 2600 Watt 240 Volt 10.8 Amp heater. At 48 inches long, this heater will heat an area of 7 by 8 feet at a mounting height of between 7 and 8 feet. The C Series heaters may be surface or flush mounted, however, it is the preferred model for surface mounting due to its more slim and contemporary C shape. In comparison, the larger bodied W Series is better suited for flush mount installation, providing for better ventilation within the ceiling pocket. This heater is available in Stainless Steel and eight additional colors as well as a Marine Grade Option. Compatible controls for this heater are the Simple On/Off switch, the Input Regulators and all Custom Control options. Please keep in mind that the available Infratech heater voltages of 120, 208 and 240 are typical for residential properties, while 277 and 480 are more common for commercial. If you're not sure which voltage to choose, please consult with a licensed electrician. These heaters come with a full 3 year warranty from Infratech.

pricey but worth it
I just happened to check reviews on this and saw a couple negatives. I don't doubt that they have had some issue with the solar panels but that's not been my experience. I've purchased 6 over the span of a year and a half from various merchants including amazon. Gama Sonic is pricey in general, yet I've found I can rely on the quality of the brand. I have other models as well. This particular is one of my favorites because of the versatility in placement, whether staked in the ground or in a pipe or fence for a higher mount. The hook is solid as is the stake itself. The brightness is great as long as you understand what you're getting in lumens and it meets the specs for your purpose. My first 2 have now passed the 2 year mark and going strong. Of course, there's not much sun during the Jersey winter so they don't have the juice to last long but for 8-9 months of the year they burn all night. I anticipate having to replace the battery next season at some point. 3 year life is fine for me. Bulb is supposed to last 10 years. Not sure I'll be around to update. I also appreciate that if you have slim enough hands, you can access the on off switch from underneath for those times you don't want it or wish to change the brightness. The solar panel design is also very functional with a somewhat stylish look. Personal taste on that one I guess but it does soak up the rays. Like I said, pleased enough to go back twice more.
