Some stories are partly true, others are entirely false, but all show the power of invention in history. Pythagoras emerges as a symbol of the urge to conjecture and "fill in the gaps" of history. He has been credited with fundamental discoveries in mathematics and the sciences, yet there is nearly no evidence that he really contributed anything to such fields at all. This book asks: how does history change when we subtract the many small exaggerations and interpolations that writers have added for over two thousand years? The Cult of Pythagoras is also about invention in a positive sense. Most people view mathematical breakthroughs as "discoveries" rather than invention or creativity, believing that mathematics describes a realm of eternal ideas. But mathematicians have disagreed about what is possible and impossible, about what counts as a proof, and even about the results of certain operations. Plastic mold isn’t as straight as it should be, the clips don’t line up like oem. Product is wiggly. Had on car for over half a year.
Hasn’t faded. Just wish the fitment was better.
Update: the grill lasted about 1 1/2 years, it began to fade, and I had a slat crack, no evidence of impact. I ended up buying a better made product and replaced this grill.

Fits a 2001 330!

The grill in my old 2001 330 broke off and I was really happy to find a nice looking replacement at an inexpensive cost. The black looks really sleek on it and has breathed some new life into it. Next up is to replace the emblem.

Direct Fit and good quality

For anyone that has owned an E46 knows that even the stock kidney grills are brittle plastic. This aftermarket is about the same quality as stock. It is a direct fit and has the clips where they are supposed to be to keep them in place. The look is also pretty nice. This one is all black and actually looks nice on my black E46. I would recommend especially for the price and shipping was fast.
