Đây là một loại snack có thành phần chủ yếu được làm từ gạo, có hình dạng như một chiếc quẩy hay nói đúng hơn là như một cọng nui. Bánh có màu trắng với chiều dài khoảng 4~5 cm, bên trên bề mặt được phủ lớp đường nhỏ li ti tạo nên vị ngọt ngào rất thơm.
