阿嬤的壓箱寶-剝皮辣椒雞湯
池上阿嬤的壓箱食譜 -- 剝皮辣椒雞湯
材 料 : 池上放山雞一隻、剝皮辣椒一罐、山藥約500g、香菇約15朵、薑片3~5片
調味料 : 米酒少許(因已加入剝皮辣椒的湯汁，是否加鹽調味請依個人口味酌量)
做 法 ：
1、先將雞肉洗淨切塊，然後用開水川燙好備用。
2、將川燙好的雞肉、薑片、水、剝皮辣椒的湯汁(先放2/3罐，再依個人口味增加)
一起入鍋中煮約15分鐘。
3、山藥切塊、香菇切片放入鍋中再煮10分鐘。
4、放入剝皮辣椒約10~15支及少許米酒，再滾1分鐘後美味的剝皮辣椒雞湯即完成。

Nice Addition to My Bookshelf
After Christmas my bookshelves were looking a little blah. Wanted something a little different so I thought I would try a statue. This is very nice. Looks like the picture. It's small. 6 inches. Have it sitting on top of some books. Good value for the money.
