Built for high-volume kitchens that refuse to compromise, the Low-Rim™ LSI-80 combines the legendary Legion kettle body with a heavy-duty, two-speed agitator. Why You’ll Love It
  • Full-jacketed design ensures lightning-fast, even heating across the entire sidewall and bottom.
  • Factory-insulated outer casing keeps surfaces cool to the touch – no burn shields required.
  • Integrated two-speed mixer (23/46 rpm main; 60/120 rpm secondary) prevents scorching and eliminates hand stirring.
  • Food-grade 304 stainless steel liner stands up to acidic ingredients and aggressive cleaning.
  • 2 inch compression draw-off valve with ¼ inch perforated strainer makes portioning and stock recovery effortless.
  • Actuator-assisted domed cover and bridge lift – open and lock with one hand, even when the kettle is full.
  • Four 2 inch diameter legs with reinforcing braces and adjustable flanged feet for rock-solid stability.
  • Front-mounted steam control valve and rear steam/condensate hookups streamline installation.
Built-In Twin-Shaft Agitator
  • Anchor-style main agitator hugs the kettle wall for thorough product turnover.
  • Counter-rotating beater breaks up clumps and accelerates blend times.
  • Removable nylon scraper blades wipe every inch of the cooking surface, reducing waste and cleanup.
  • Bayonet-mount shafts come off in seconds for warewashing or when batch does not require agitation.
  • Safety interlock prevents high-speed starts unless the bridge is fully engaged.
  • Totally-enclosed gear motor: Low 1 hp / High 2 hp.

Robert Monroe's Second Book on OBEs
Format: Paperback
In his second book, Robert Monroe continues to describe his personal experiences with Out-Of-Body travel. By the time he wrote this book, Mr. Monroe had traveled out-of-body so often that he is able to offer almost a "map" of the astral world and it's various levels and inhabitants. Mr. Monroe describes his fascinating encounters with a number of nonphysical beings, human and otherwise. He does not present himself as a religious person, but rather as a deeply curious individual in search of answers to questions as old as time. He attempts to make sense of what happens to us after we die and equally important, why we are here in the first place. The answers to these questions turn out to be complex and anyone looking for a simple explanation based on their own religious beliefs or upbringing may be disappointed, if not disturbed. Also, by this time, he had established much of his research techniques using hemi-sync, which he describes in some detail in the book. This book is incredibly interesting and enlightening. My only complaint with the book is that Monroe often does not offer enough explanation or detail and left me with many unanswered questions. Each of Monroe's books is riveting on its own terms. However, I found that by reading the three books in order I was better able to follow Monroe's evolving understanding of the "other side".

One of the greatest books I’ve ever read
Format: Audiobook
I wish I could have met this man. I began having OBE’s about 8 years before I read the journeys trilogy. When he talked about the out of body simulations my head nearly popped off. I’ve had a few of those and never found them described in detail anywhere else. This is the greatest book and most profound trilogy on personal spiritual exploration and out of body travel ever written. Period. Such a gem and so incredible to be experienced outside the traditional contexts of yoga and meditation. A true original work. Thank you Bob. These 3 books changed my life and made me finally enquire “what is under the hood” in an OBE. What transports the astral body or consciousness from one dimension to another?
