Integrated MV-Series Mixer
- Enclosed, balanced aluminum mixer bridge keeps drive components out of the food zone
- Totally-enclosed gear motor – 2 speed (High 1.5 HP / Low 0.75 HP) for 40 gal capacity
- Anchor-style main agitator contours to the kettle wall while removable nylon blades scrape the surface continuously
- Counter-rotating stainless beater improves agitation in the kettle center for uniform mixing
- Bayonet-mount shafts remove in seconds for cleaning or for kettle-only operation
- Safety interlock prevents high-speed start-ups with the agitator raised
- Actuator-assisted bridge lift with positive rim lock for quick kettle access
