Anaologue Productions

200-gram gatefold double LP cut at 45 RPM Mastered by Bernie Grundman from the original analog tapes Award-winning album includes the hits "Angel," "Adia" and "Building A Mystery" Three of Sarah McLachlan's biggest pop hits mark her fourth studio album Surfacing. Released in July 1997, just as the first Lilith Fair tour hit the road, McLachlan benefitted enormously from the timing. Her face was on the cover of magazines across America and Canada; Surfacing reached No. 2 on the U.S. Billboard 200 - a remarkable feat considering that it's predecessor, Fumbling Towards Ecstasy, peaked at No. 50. Now, hear Surfacing on it's definitive vinyl version - two 200-gram LPs cut at 45 RPM by legendary mastering engineer Bernie Grundman from the original analog tapes. The premium LPs plated and pressed by Gary Salstrom and the crew at Quality Record Pressings are paired with a deluxe gatefold Stoughton Printing tip-on jacket. The 45 RPM pressing gives you four sides with a reduction in groove curvature and decreased distortion as your cartridge nears the center of the record. That's a major sonic advantage! There's the requisite number of gorgeously melodic and deeply heartfelt songs here, writes reviewer Jeff Bateman - the addictive "Sweet Surrender," the Hollywood-style ballad "I Love You," the sad, profound "Angel," the flat-out spectacular "Witness." "Adia" and "Angel" were Top 5 hits; "Building a Mystery" hit the Top 15 and "Sweet Surrender" became a Top 30 hit. The album won four Juno Awards including for Album of the Year. "Building a Mystery" was awarded the Grammy Award for Best Female Pop Vocal Performance, while the instrumental-only song "Last Dance" won the Grammy Award for Best Pop Instrumental Performance. McLachlan's bittersweet album proves again that what she and producer Pierre Marchand release is cut from the finest of cloth. The Analogue Productions/QRP pressing reissue treatment delivers sonics and luxury packaging second to none for discerning collectors.

Excellent Tool For Drilling Shelf Pin Holes
I had a project where I was extending the depth of the bottom half of a bookcase I had made out of pre-drilled MDF from Home Depot. The original bookcase was 11" deep x 10' high. The extended depth of the bottom is to be used to hold audio gear and needed to be 18" depth, front to rear. I was able to increase the depth but had to insert additional panels on the left and right so that shelf pins could be installed. I needed a shelf pin jig to do that, and this jig was perfect for the job. After completing my holes and mounting some shelves I was pleased that the alignment with the inner portion of the shelf was perfect and the distance between holes lined up exactly as with the original panels from Home Depot. The jig is high quality fabricated aluminum, not plastic, and it comes with two drill bits, and stop and Allen wrench, including an instruction manual, all in an attractive plastic case. The jig is well worth the modest price and I would definitely recommend it for drilling shelf clip holes.

a solid choice
I realized I don't need to drill 5mm holes, so this item is just perfect. It's higher quality than those other cheap-chinese noname jigs. In particular: * The stop collar provided actually fits the drill bit. I had one from Tanyo that had too-big collars that didn't stay put. * The fence pins are very soilid, so the jig doesn't move while in place. Other brands have a long knurled screw that wobbles and allows the kiig to move around. * The plate is thick, making it feel sturdy. * It's phyically smaller than the others, because it doesn't have any useless features like euro-hinge hole guides. The case is more compact and stores well. Overall, very satisfied with this jig.

A solid and easy to use product.
Worked like a charm. It is extremely durable and easy to use. I bought this item because the one I wanted wasn’t available. I don’t regret getting it.

very nice tool
likes, all aluminum construction, seems very accurate and uses more sturdy 1/4 inch shelf pins instead of the 5mm ones comes with 2 bits which is a huge plus the competition makes you buy the 1/4 drill and only is set up for 5mm to start. this jig will work along side, for now, my other jig dislike is the fact it only has 1/4 pin capability not a deal killer in any way, and it has "pins" to support the jig on the edge again this is both an advantage and disadvantage as you can change the depth of where the pins are located BUT if you are making something smaller the jig may not calibrate consistently. on another positive you can replace the bits easily and commonly as they are not proprietary and simply standard 1/4 inch bits this will be a fine addition to my other goingmake tools and future ones
