It weighs up to 25% less than standard joint compounds and sands as easily as a ready-mixed, all purpose compound. For optimal results, pair with USG Sheetrock paper or fiberglass mesh joint tape. Suitable for use on interior gypsum panels and exterior gypsum ceilings, it can cover an area of approximately 340 sq. ft. per bag. Needs modification to work correctly.

It is okay, but the brushes fall through the holes' making them hard to retrieve. The only way to get them out of the holder is to pull up on the bristles or push the handle from the bottom. Both don't work well. My solution is simple, just install a "stop" below the holes. My solution is ugly but works. It took me about 15 minutes to modify.
