Vinmakaren Damien Bonnet arbetar med blandat jordbruk, 100 % ekologiskt och med till synes outtömlig energi. Han producerar sina viner i källaren efter naturliga principer.

Brin de Folie är ett av hans atypiska och helt originella viner. Den är sammansatt av 100 % Cabernet Sauvignon, skördad i flera omgångar efter att ha hängt och delvis torkat druvorna på vinstockarna. Utbytet är därför också ynka 15 hl. per ha. Vinet jäser långsamt och jäsningen stoppas av filtrering när rätt balans mellan alkohol och sötma uppnås.
Det som är slående med detta söta rosévin är dess extrema fräschör trots sitt sockerinnehåll. Aldrig har ett vin påmint så mycket om röda fruktdesserter. Det kommer att passa underbart med dessa såväl som allt du skulle smaka med röda frukter (choklad, grädddesserter, etc.).

Et unikt och sällsynt vin som kommer i 50cl flaskor. Serveras kyld runt 10 grader.
