The Rabbit PDH E1 (Pyruvate Dehydrogenase E1) ELISA immunoassay kit uses the Sandwich-ELISA principle. The micro ELISA plate provided in this kit has been pre-coated with an antibody specific to Rabbit PDH E1. Standards or samples are added to the micro ELISA plate wells and combined with the specific antibody. Then a biotinylated detection antibody specific for Rabbit PDH E1 and Avidin-Horseradish Peroxidase (HRP) conjugate are added successively to each micro plate well and incubated. Free components are washed away. The substrate solution is added to each well. Only those wells that contain Rabbit PDH E1, biotinylated detection antibody and Avidin-HRP conjugate will appear blue in color. The enzyme-substrate reaction is terminated by the addition of stop solution and the color turns yellow. The optical density (OD) is measured spectrophotometrically at a wavelength of 450 nm ± 2 nm. The OD value is proportional to the concentration of Rabbit PDH E1. You can calculate the concentration of Rabbit PDH E1 in the samples by comparing the OD of the samples to the standard curve.

Got these and tried on one pair cause seriously who tries on all 10 pairs when they buy underwear. They fit good a little loose but I figure they will shrink a little in the dryer. So as the label states wash before wearing I washed them all. Well then I go to put a pair on and they are way to small and I'm thinking there is no way they shrunk that much in the dryer which was on low setting. So I try on a different color one on and they fit fine. So now I'm trying more on and same thing some are good, some are small and some are big. What the heck they all say the same size inside. So this is clearly a manufacturing defect issue so I reach out to the seller. Well after going back and forth they only want to give me 30% of my purchase price back due to me having washed them and now they can't resell them. Well from where I'm sitting you shouldn't be trying to resell them anyway because they aren't even the same size. I don't usually leave bad reviews but after having read so many good ones on here and that being the reason why I bought them I figure people should be aware that they to may have the issue. So try them all on before washing.
