BY BUYING AND WEARING THESE SHORTS, YOU AGREE TO:

Acknowledge and Assent: The act of acquisition and subsequent utilitarian deployment of the garment herein referred to as 50th Hornline Shorts" (hereafter "the Shorts") shall constitute unreserved acceptance of and concurrence with all terms, stipulations, and conditions set forth in this agreement without modification, reservation, or qualification.
Performance Covenant: Engage in all musical ambulations, maneuvers, and kinetic activities with a level of vigor and precision befitting the aesthetic and functional design parameters of the Shorts, as envisaged by the creators thereof.
Garment Maintenance Accord: Maintain the structural and visual integrity of the Shorts through regular cleansing and reparative actions, utilizing only approved detergents and methodologies as prescribed in the supplementary Garment Care Appendix, annexed hereto.
Accessory Alignment Directive: Adorn accompanying attire and accessories that do not eclipse the visual prominence of the Shorts but rather enhance their visibility and splendor under all practice and performance conditions.
Dynamic Flexibility Assurance: Maintain a continuous state of readiness to perform spontaneous rhythmic maneuvers, subject to the changing whims of corps leadership or unexpected musical cues, ensuring that such movements neither disrupt the integrity of the Shorts nor the formation of the ensemble.
Bad Rep Clause: Poorly executed reps and/or missed reps due to not adhering to rep instructions will result in Marshall acknowledging that you, "just don't got that dog in you." 
Term of Agreement and Termination Protocol: This Agreement shall remain in effect while the Shorts remain in your possession or until such time as the Shorts are fully worn out, whichever occurs first, subject to early termination at the discretion of the manufacturer upon any breach of this Agreement, with or without notice to the purchaser.
